Job Description
Key responsibilities:
· Raising sales orders and purchase orders
· Submitting orders for delivery on the warehouse website
· Uploading pictures to our stock management system
· Arranging shipments with various shippers from various countries in Europe
· Liaising with warehouse on receipts, pre-advice and bookings
· Exporting orders to clients worldwide
Experience required:
· Flexibility, able to work as part of a team as well an on your own.
· Fast reaction and able to prioritise.
· Open minded regarding projects and changes.
· Computer Literate, Outlook, Word and Excel.
· Approachable with strong interpersonal skills
· Reliable
· Professional
· Tolerant and flexible
· Able to work under pressure
· Able to work independently and take personal ownership
· Efficient and organized with good time management skills
· Customer focused
· 'Can-do’ positive approach
· Numerate
· Project management experience preferred but not essential
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00 per year
