Marin County real estate/litigation firm is seeking a legal assistant/paralegal with litigation experience to provide support to a sole practitioner. This individual will be responsible document management, transcription, drafting documents and trial preparation.
Job Duties and Expectations:
- Draft communications and court pleadings.
- Familiarity with court procedures.
- Strong analytical problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Legal Transcription.
- Filing.
- Experience working in a law office (5 + years preferred).
Independent Contractor Preferred
Hourly rate commensurate with experience
Full-time, Part-time
