Job Description
This is an exiting opportunity to join a growing company as an admin assistant. Responsibilities include:
- Taking phone calls
- Responding to emails and phone calls and maintaining a good flow of communication within a reasonable time.
- To maintain polite and professional communications within all correspondence whether verbal or written.
- To compose and produce any correspondence as agreed.
- To ensure all relevant databases are kept up to date.
- Prioritise and effectively manage workload.
- Updating website and social media platforms with company updates and specific news
- Any other duties as reasonably required.
- Responsible for keeping the office orderly and tidy, including maintaining stationery and refreshment levels, ordering as required, office archiving and shredding
Required Work Experience
- Office administration experience

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a confident telephone manner.
- Provide exemplary service to clients
- Resilient, able to work under pressure
- Use of Microsoft word, outlook, excel
