Location: Our Head Office on the Isle of Wight
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours a week)
Every year, 100 billion new items of clothing are produced whilst a truck full of clothing is burned, or buried in landfill every second. Our mission is to help brands end waste. To do this, we’ve created the world's first ever closed-loop, circular supply chain which allows us to make new products from waste material right from the beginning, and it’s a game changer.
Words don’t change the world, action does. That’s why we are working on the front line of fast fashion to make the world more sustainable. This growth has resulted in the opportunity for a Social Media Executive to join our existing team.
In this role, you will play a key part in creating engaging and inspiring short-form content across our existing social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter), as well as exploring new platforms. Your work will build lasting relationships with our Teemill store owners, Rapanui customers, journalists, bloggers and influencers. The successful candidate will work across Teemill and Rapanui’s social media to communicate our mission, build a community and direct traffic to our websites.
You will be working under the direction of the Editorial Content Lead, collaborating with the Rapanui and Teemill marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and developing the content calendar to align with product launches, campaigns and events.
