We have an exciting new role to join a well-established, privately owned business with a solid reputation within its market. Chinite Home Care is looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join our team in Barking.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment administration, ideally within the Social Care industry. The majority of the role will be about recruitment and office administration.
It is essential that you are a proactive problem solver, approachable & professional. You should have the ability to drive projects forward, guiding both managers & candidates through the recruitment process whilst striving towards best practice at all times. You should be organised & target driven.

Duties:
- Advertise on various job boards and use innovation to maximise recruitment opportunities
- Deliver a business recruitment solution as part of the recruitment team
- Source relevant candidates for job vacancies
- Screen and interview applicants to identify potential employees
- Maintain a professional image of the company and promote the business at every opportunity
- Ensure that candidates meet with compliance checks as required by the business and relevant governing bodies
- Work in partnership with Management and Operations teams to identify recruitment needs and localised issues
- Ensure that business recruitment needs are met wherever required
- All issues relating to the compliance of prospective and new staff are carried out, identity confirmed, references and DBS checks obtained, and mandatory training received.
- To assist with the day-to-day administration of the office.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date record keeping, documentation and filing systems.
