Position: Warehouse Shift Manager
Location: Cannock
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 12.5 hours shifts.
Start/finish time: 06:00 - 18:00

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- To co-ordinate Warehouse resource to achieve daily despatch targets and provide operational Management support across all shifts, to work closely with the customer and all other departments across site to deliver service and improvements.
- Ensure that the Company's Health & Safety Policies are enforced
- Co-ordinate, plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
- Ensure company policies, procedures and SOP's are communicated, applied and enforced
- Maintain service levels
- Provide effective communication across site
- Work in collaboration with all departments
- Support and develop Warehouse Team Leaders
