About the Team
Global Ecommerce Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user experience and work on policies, rules, products and systems to ensure quality. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to establish our EMEA PMO function. You will improve organizational efficiency via driving key projects, facilitating efficient cross-functional operations and streamlining initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key strategic projects including development of project plans, management of project meetings, project teams and updates, and managing project funds (where applicable).
- Act as a project level SME reporting progress, supporting inquiries and developing action plans.
- Serve as a liaison between EMEA Leadership team and cross-functional partners in collaboration on difference topics.
- Proactively identify issues, areas of enhancements which provide value added insights to key projects.
- Establish best in class templates and frameworks for cross-team and cross-functional ways of working (Meetings, Reporting etc.)
- Responsible for key regional meetings and reports to ensure quality information sharing.
- Identify trends, gaps or patterns in operational processes and lead improvements in tools and processes to enhance team collaboration.
- Improve current processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of project management, market research or business analysis experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.
- Good critical and logical thinking. Able to manage different types of projects through comprehensive planning, risk identifying, problem solving and SOP Establishment.
- Adaptable, fast learner and highly motivated with experience in operations and management.
