Job Description
DE&S have an exciting opportunity available to join the Business Management Team at RAF Waddington as a Business Co-Ordinator. In this role, you will take responsibility for document management and retention, tasks with looking at office 365, knowledge information management, record management and implementing improvement initiatives. You will handle highly sensitive classified data files, with responsibility for digitising and archiving paper files. There will be an element of supporting the administrative hub, providing business services to the delivery teams. You will also provide advice and effective business management services consistently to multiple stakeholders.
About the role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Undertake digital reviews of Office 365, MS Teams and record management
- Assist the knowledge information management team
- Take part in monthly meetings to identify best practice & improvements
- Oversee training coordination
- Manage reports, progress tracking & monitoring
- Digitise, archive & dispose of files and design the process to do this
- Support information asset reviews and produce plans
- Support the wider admin hub with all records and information management
Person specification
To be successful with your application, you'll need to show that you meet the following essential criteria:
- Experience with record, data or information management in a complex organisation
- High level experience with MS Teams
- Strong planning, organisation & comms skills
