Main Responsibilities'...
You will be following established GMP procedures and processes to manufacture flavour standard capsules, Working as part of a small team to achieve the production plan but maintaining a right first-time philosophy.
Key Accountabilities...
-
Completing and reviewing production documentation, entry / usage log books and following production process to GMP standards.

Maintaining an up-to-date training file.
-
Following GMP SOP’s and procedures.
-
Setting up of GMP rooms and equipment according to SOP’s
-
Operating and maintaining GMP equipment as per SOP’s and work instructions.
-
Sampling and dispensing of materials and flavour standards.
-
Production batch blending.
-
Manually filling and packaging of GMP capsules using torpacs and blister machines.
-
Secondary packing and labelling of finished product and intermediates.
-
GMP room closure, including high level cleaning, process reconciliation and documentation closure.
-
Responsible for the cleaning of all equipment, logbook updates and storage.

Ensuring all documentation is peer reviewed and closed out as per local KPI’s.

Area audits, action generation and close out.
-
At all times, adopt a safe behaviour by exercising due regard for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues and clients, in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.

Maintaining and ordering PPE, consumables and production floor stock.
Skills & Knowledge
Essential
-
GMP manufacturing and packaging experience.

Right first time and quality first attitude.

Strong attention to detail.
Desirable

GMP food or Pharma Grade D
Experience

Experience of production processes in a pharmaceutical or food environment.
Desirable

Experience of working in a Grade D cleanroom production environment.

Experience of clinical packaging and labelling
Qualifications
Qualifications

Secondary level education, particularly in English, Maths and Science
Desirable

NVQ or equivalent in food or GMP pharmaceutical production processing
