Salary: £21,000
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 17:00 pm (40 hours)

The Role:
Working within the Facilities Team to deliver a high standard of service support to the designated site, ensuring that all facilities, fixtures, and fittings are maintained to the highest levels, adhering to the H&S Policy and legislative requirements. Whilst undertaking a Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship with our training provider GLP, with attendance to Master Classes at a training centre.
Support will be given throughout your apprenticeship with mentors guiding you through the role and continuous development of skills and behaviours to exceed personal goals and business objectives.
The apprenticeship will provide on the job training, where you will apply new skills and knowledge gained to real life operations such as:

an understanding of day-to-day management of facilities operations.
- the apprentice will also develop hands-on maintenance skills, to become a pivotal support to their designated site.

The apprentice may also be required to support other sites within the region.
Skills and competencies required:
- Must be 18 years and over due to site health & safety requirements
- Comfortable working at heights

Desire to learn new skills

Basic IT skills

Previous experience of working in team desirable

English / Maths / Science – Level 1 ( x 4 GCSE's)
