Job Description

Position Summary

Collateral Services Operations is a rapidly growing area offering a wide variety of Collateral based products to a varied client base, ranging from the Broker Dealer groups to Hedge Funds to Global Fund Managers. Our products are constantly developing in line with new business opportunities.

The Securities Collateral Management Operations team supports 2 main products: Securities Lending Escrow (SLE) and Tri Party Repo (TPR).

Key responsibilities
  • CSO Eligibility Tri-Party Team is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Client Eligibility schedules in Collateral Eligibility Services (CES).
  • Once the collateral provider and collateral receiver agrees on the eligible collateral types for their underlying transaction these will be built as an eligibility schedule in CES, this governs the relationship between the collateral provider and collateral receiver.
  • The team are also responsible for account linkages on all new accounts requests and maintaining/providing support to counterparties regarding queries they have around their schedules.

Additional Information

The Eligibility team provides a service to our clients across European working hours, covering 9:00am-6:30pm and is also required to work UK Bank Holidays as governed by client requirements. Cover may be provided via rotational shifts so a flexible approach to working hours is therefore needed.
