We are looking for candidates to join our pick and pack team, you will work under pressure and move products of up to 12kg around your work area throughout the day. The job is physically demanding, yet rewarding, no two days are the same and you may also be required to work in all areas of the business, for which you will receive full training.
CONTRACT: Full time, permanent, starting ASAP
LOCATION: Sterling Business Park, Crawley
SALARY: £11.18 per hour, double pay on bank holidays
ANNUAL LEAVE: Annual leave increase with service.

.Key responsibilities and accountabilities

To check all products prior to packing.

To ensure all airline products are packed / loaded to specification.
- Pack carts to the required standard and in accordance with passenger numbers.

Ensuring stock levels are maintained to the required levels.

Stock is rotated to get maximum shelf life.

Compliance to HMRC regulations.

Record, report breakages i.e., china, glass.

Carry out final search and screening function.

Regularly lifting weights between 12-15kg, includes (repetitive overhead lifting).

Adhere to COVID19 measures.

Adhere to inflight services security compliance.

Adhere to clean as you go standard.

Interact with, colleagues, customers and clients in a professional manner at all times.

Any other duties as requested by your manager.
Skills and Knowledge
-
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a packing environment.

Team player with good communication, basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Operational awareness or understand of the requirements within a catering environment (desirable).
