Trainee required for a waste removal company based in London but working from Northampton. This is a great opportunity for any one who wants a new career or new learn a new set of skills or a school leaver with the passion to work hard and achieve. We are looking for someone who wants to help clean up London. The position is for someone to work alongside the Urbin Manager and learn everything from invoicing, route planning to communicating with customers from the website to account clients, to learn about Waste Transfer Notes, with the possibility to become a Personal Accounts Manager or even an Office Manager. It is Monday to Friday with occasional weekends when needed to cover Manager, however as we expand every other weekend may be required. It is £9.50 per hour, working 9am-4pm,

· GCSE English and Maths grade C or equivalent required.
· Reliable, fair and honest.

· Excellent organisation skills.
· Must be willing to learn how to input data, plan routes.
· Willing to learn the London area.
· Ability to work as part of a team and independently on their own.
· Confident telephone manner
· Must speak English fluently.
· Must want a challenge and be able to follow instructions.
· Quick to learner
· Willing to go that extra mile.
· Confident to chase payments
