Contract: Fixed-term for 11 months
Location: Coleraine
Hours of work: Monday-Friday 9am-5.00pm
An opportunity has arisen to join the Credit Team at Lynas Foodservice, the largest independent food supplier in Ireland, as a Customer Account Manager.
Key responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing customer accounts to ensure invoices are paid in line with agreed payment terms, develop and maintain excellent customer relationships via telephone, email and letter, resolve disputed amounts and queries, allocate and reconcile incoming payments and ensure the company system is maintained with up-to-date information.
This is the ideal role for a pro-active individual with excellent communication and organisation skills who enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of transactions.
Essential Criteria:
· At least 1 years’ experience working in a customer facing or customer service environment with the confidence to speak on the telephone
· 5 GCSE’s or equivalent to include Maths & English
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships with internal and external customers
· Have a proactive and positive approach to work
· Have excellent administration and organisational skills
· Be proficient in MS Office suite
Desirable:
· At least 1 years’ experience in an environment where the candidate is dealing with a high volume of customers and/or calls
