We have an exciting opportunity in the Department of Sociological Studies for someone to join our expanding Operations team to provide a core administrative service across all our teaching and research activities.
We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic individual, with experience of delivering quality administrative and business support activities in a busy office environment.
Reporting to the Operations Officer, the successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, good attention to detail, and experience of working both independently and as part of a team. The Operations Administrator will work across the department to ensure the smooth running of a range of all operational activities, including HR, recruitment, health and safety, events and a range of administrative support responsibilities. If you have experience of providing high quality administrative and business support within a complex organisation ideally within a Higher Education or similar environment, along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, then we would love to hear from you.
