Commercial Support Associate

As a Commercial Support Associate, you will be responsible for processing commercial claims, invalidating claims where sufficient evidence exists, and all associated query management. You will provide a professional and co-operative service to our internal customers in line with Premier Foods values and promote best practice in customer service.
Do You Offer…?
At least 12 months’ experience formed of credit control and/or query management Proven customer service experience Proven problem solving skills (error detection, root cause analysis, error correction) Microsoft Excel skills, inclusive of VLOOKUP and PivotTable
