Job Description:

We are a timber frame manufacturer, based in Totton, Southampton, SO40, specialising in offsite volumetric modular construction.

We are looking to employ a range of skilled personnel for our next project, in various trades. If you have particular expertise as a labourer and are interested in working for a dynamic company in an energetic environment, please send in your CV for review.

Responsibilities:

• General labouring

• Cleaning up worksites from debris and machinery

• Helping other trades

• Handling and transporting materials

• Complying with Health and Safety regulations

• Must be prepared to work outside in all weather.

• You will need the ability to prioritise duties and communicate effectively with your fellow members of staff.

Skills:

• Capability to build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.

• Good financial knowledge and analytical skills

• Good knowledge and recognition of building materials are essential

• Experience in streamlining processes with the ability to look at a process and find ways to streamline and improve it

• Methodical and technical mindset with good numeric skills

• A full driving licence.

• Computer literate and knowledgeable of stock systems.

Job details: The hours will be 7 am – 3.45 pm Mon -Fri
