EMG UK is looking for a motivated and hardworking Resources Coordinator to join their busy Resources team.
This full-time position will involve working as part of the amazing team that delivers EMG UK’s wide range of sport, music and entertainment broadcast technical services to many of the UK’s most well-known broadcasters.
Based in High Wycombe the successful candidate will be part of the team that allocates and manages the equipment resource (for example camera, lenses, and tripods) across our extensive fleet of Outside Broadcast trucks and De-rig facilities. This is a role within an exciting industry that is always busy and so ability to work in a fast-paced environment is an essential requirement of the role.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Scheduling of equipment across multiple projects
- Ensuring maximum utilisation of equipment
- Hiring of equipment from rental companies for any shortfall
- Compiling and planning accurate kit movements and load sheets for base prep days
- Working closely with the Production department, Unit Managers and Engineers to ensure successful preparation of jobs and quickly resolve any kit issues on site
- Running the equipment budgets, which includes – tracking jobs costs, sending Purchase Orders and signing off invoices.

Knowledge and Experience
- Demonstrable experience in a previous administrative role or a role requiring excellent organisation and planning
- Ability to multitask and work through multiple priorities which often conflict.
- Candidates with a pre-existing knowledge of broadcast equipment and/or the outside broadcast industry would be preferred however full training in the role will be provided
