Trainee Car Sales Executive

Listers Group is currently selecting suitable applicants to attend a Sales Executive Recruitment Day which will be held in the Midlands on Thursday 16th March 2023.

Description:
We are looking to recruit ambitious, smart and results motivated individuals to be Sales Leaders of the future. We aren’t looking for the finished article as we will in turn offer a comprehensive induction through our accredited sales executive training programme.

You must have a full, valid driving licence and be able to work between 08.30 and 18:00 Monday – Saturday with a day off in the week, and alternate Sundays 10:00 – 16:00.

What we are looking for:

• An individual with the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
• A real hunger to meet and exceed targets and KPI's.

• Typically you can expect to earn £30,000 in your first year, however many individuals earn in excess of this.
