Executive Assistant – West End, London
Salary – circa £80,000pa, plus potential discretionary bonus
*Ideally you will have a background in Financial Services and also speak Russian.
Core working hours are Monday to Friday 08.30am – 18.00pm (However, you will need to be flexible and happy to work outside of these hours as required)
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Russian-speaking Executive Assistant to join an award-winning, prestigious company based in an affluent area in the West End of London! Supporting one of the company’s most successful partners, the EA will provide top-level assistance for the Director and also provide support to other high-level executives within the business.
You will need a pro-active attitude and the ability to work independently, as a part of an international team. Handling time-sensitive requests will be highly valued and there will be a requirement to work out of hours and be responsive to tasks, no matter the time of day. If something urgent needs attending to, you’ll express a can-do attitude and be willing to respond urgently to get the job done!
Main responsibilities:
- Have total control over diaries, handling both business and personal requests
- Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments, often responding to last minute changes, being both pro-active and responsive as required
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications in a timely & efficient manner
- Arrange and schedule a high volume of travel requests, again responding to last minute requests, changes or amendments
- Planning events, both business and personal
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
The successful candidate will need:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to excel under pressure!
- Multi-tasking skills and high attention to detail
- Dedication to provide an excellent service
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or EA at high level
- High level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- A calm, composed personality with a strong work ethic
- Ability to speak Russian would be a distinct advantage
