We are an export and wholesale company based in Southall, West London. We have been trading for over 20 years and are passionate about FMCG. Our customer base spans over 65 countries, and we distribute and represent many top British and European food and beverage companies. Our Sales and Purchasing team are constantly expanding. As a result of this expansion, we are looking for an experienced Logistics Administrator to join our fast-growing FMCG business.
Job Description:
- Obtaining quotes for and booking road, sea or air transportation
- Liaising with freight forwarders and shipping lines
- Preparation and completion of all export documentation (COF/COO/Health Certificate/EUR 1/BL/T2L)
- Updating and maintaining all bookings
- Keeping track of all documentation and shipping costs
- Liaising with customers on documentation required per consignment
- Working with the Sales team to book shipments on time
The role & requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to work to deadlines with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload with and without supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Precise and process orientated
- Team player as well as able to use own initiative
- Previous documentation experience preferred but not essential

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
