This is a fixed term role to cover maternity leave within the onsite Team. This role will be to provide HR Training, recruitment support, case management support, absence management and general HR advice to employees onsite.

A first point of contact for employees & managers providing a broad range of HR support to both training, recruitment, case management, absence management and general employee advice.

Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.

Previous experience of working within a HR department is required

Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults HR Managers within the team for support

Collaborates with others to solve issues.

Handles simple data entry work across HRIS platforms with strong Microsoft Excel skills required.

This role requires basic experience in the Human Resources & Employee Human Resource Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
