Location: Bristol
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 plus company vehicle and bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours
The Role:

Support the Senior Operations Manager across the area.

Provide on site support and training to school sites.

Ensure policy compliance on site and escalate any issues.

Develop and ensure high focus on employee safety and positive client relations.

Conduct site service evaluations, creating action plans for implemented changes requires.

Establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels in the company and client site.

To implement and maintain statutory and company standards of food hygiene and health and safety.

Provide on site pro-active craft and gross margin training to minimise wastage and maximise profit.
The Successful Candidate:

Catering Background and qualifications

Experience of contract catering
-
Experienced in managing and preferably managing remotely.
