Hours: Part time hours up to 32 hours a week to include cover for holidays as required, will include weekends & bank holidays

With two onsite dining locations, guests can choose from The Dining Room with dishes inspired by the rugged North Sea and Durham countryside or The Ozone restaurant nestled in the vibrant Serenity Spa drawing on Pan-Asian influences.

We are seeking to appoint a Flexible Porter to join our vibrant Front of House team in providing quality customer care for our guests.
The ideal person will be happy to cover holidays as required and be available to cover day shifts with hours of 9.30am to 6pm or night shifts with working hours of 10pm to 8am (if required a pattern of four on and four off).
The ideal candidate

Being a 'multi-skilled' individual who has previous hospitality experience - minimum x1 year

Due to car insurance purposes, the successful candidate must be over the age of 25 to valet park cars

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered

Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner

Be a team player as well as an individual worker, being comfortable with lone-working and shift-based rota work

Full training will be provided across both roles

To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times

Must have transport due to location

Fluent and clear spoken English with good written English and an excellent telephone manner
