Trainee Field Sales Executive to help them expand their portfolio.
This role would be perfect for a
Trainee Field Sales Executive who is looking to progress their sales career and gain valuable experience. Our client is looking for somebody PASSIONATE, EAGER and a fantastic COMMUNICATOR. Previous experience in field/face-to-face sales would be ideal and a solid understanding of B2C and how to approach potential customers is key.
- You will work out in the field, visiting potential customers face-to-face.
- You will report back to the senior recruitment manager with any potential leads.
- You shall promote the excellent service provided by the business and encourage customers to sign up.
- You shall manage all your accounts to maintain and retain business, building a growing portfolio of won customers.
- You must remain in regular communication with your team and wider business, providing relevant feedback, successes and challenges.
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE:
- An eagerness and willingness to develop a career in sales
- Confident, charismatic and professional
- Great communication skills.
- You will be working face-to-face with customers daily
- Ready to learn a lot of role-specific skills
- Raw sales talent
- This role would be based in MANCHESTER/BURNLEY/BRADFORD and cover surrounding areas, so the ideal candidate would have a good understanding of the local Geography.
