Job Description

Must have:
· Prior proven experience in providing sound strategic advice, input, support, challenge and knowledge transfer as required across a delivery team.
· Proven experience of High Level Design production
· Previous knowledge/experience of working with Agile practices and a Scrum framework.
· Knowledge and demonstrated experience of flow framework and metrics
· Proven experience establishing high performing agile teams
· Proven stakeholder management skills
· Experience in a Product Delivery orientated and/or Scrum Master Role or evidence of similar skills/experience
· Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Beneficial experience
· Experience with agile project management and collaboration tools
· (eg JIRA, Confluence, Miro)
· Strong stakeholder management and use of OKRs
· Financial awareness of delivering change in commercial environment
